The Nashua Cougars are a proud youth football and cheer organization dedicated to serving the young athletes of Nashua, New Hampshire. Open to boys and girls ages 5 to 14, we provide a supportive and structured environment where kids can develop athletic skills, build confidence, and learn the value of teamwork and discipline.
Our football and cheer programs are designed to help youth grow both on and off the field, emphasizing sportsmanship, effort, and community pride. Whether it's under the Friday night lights or during a high-energy cheer routine, the Cougars represent the heart and determination of our city’s next generation. Mission
At the Nashua Cougars, our mission is to empower young athletes through youth football and cheer programs that build strength, confidence, teamwork, and community pride. We serve boys and girls ages 5–14 in a supportive and structured environment where dedication and effort are celebrated both on the field and on the sidelines.
We believe that the lessons learned in sports go far beyond the game — from mastering football fundamentals and strategic thinking on the gridiron, to developing rhythm, spirit, and leadership through high-energy cheer.
