The Nashua Cougars are a proud youth football and cheer organization dedicated to serving the young athletes of Nashua, New Hampshire. Open to boys and girls ages 5 to 14, we provide a supportive and structured environment where kids can develop athletic skills, build confidence, and learn the value of teamwork and discipline.

Our football and cheer programs are designed to help youth grow both on and off the field, emphasizing sportsmanship, effort, and community pride. Whether it's under the Friday night lights or during a high-energy cheer routine, the Cougars represent the heart and determination of our city’s next generation.
